After the arrival of the Multiversal Monopoly BuyMort, life got brutal. All systems were through BuyMort. All currency was through BuyMort. You could resist or compete, but in the end you used BuyMort — or you perished. Enter Tyson Dawes, a no-cares slacker with a traumatic past, two wrinkled bucks in his wallet, and a crap job caretaking a campground in Arizona. He had a deal with the world: he didn't change it, and it didn't change him. BuyMort broke that deal the moment it unleashed alien entrepreneurs upon his planet, intent on selling everything not already tagged as private property. When a man has little, he cherishes it. When that little is lost, he'll do whatever it takes to get it back.

After the arrival of the Multiversal Monopoly BuyMort, life got brutal. All systems, all currency, all commerce ran through BuyMort — or you perished. After pacifying the old Earth underground military base and defeating the Sleem, Tyson Dawes and Silken Sands are flush with new items and morties. But the Dearth Conglomerate has been circling over Arizona, and they want his land. Bad business decisions, cronyistic impulses, and an unrelenting invisible hand continue to hem in Tyson and his Nu-Earth refugees. Allies fall and life, already cheap, moves to the discount bin as he's forced to face the bottom line.

After unwittingly becoming the CEO of the growing Silken Sands Affiliate, Tyson finds himself in an increasingly dangerous Arizonan desert — the protector of a growing community of Nu-Earth humans facing the very real possibility of total corporate annihilation. Dearth wants their land and will not take no for an answer. But behind Tyson stand capable administrators, heroes, and a community of people who believe in him. Powerful multiversal forces are at play as the campaign for Arizona rages and Silken Sands digs in for decisive battle.

With Arizona united under the corporate auspices of Silken Sands, Dearth Local is in retreat — and Tyson has earned some R and R. Or so he thought. Mysterious beasts plague his land, a powerful armada tears through the sea, and a tsunami signals the arrival of an even more powerful affiliate: Kraken, a singular monster that assimilates its workers into a corporate hivemind. It threatens to destroy Nu-Earth itself. As hostile agents vie to corner the local market, Tyson must find a way to unite the planet.

Dearth Conglomerate is plummeting in market value and Kraken is no more. But not all threats have been extinguished. Thanks to the rising threat of the Sleem, the whole multiverse is in danger. Desperate for a cosmic bailout, the Church calls for a financial crusade. Meanwhile, Molls and her family face futures unknown. With Storage under threat of hostile foreclosure and Silken Sands spread thin, a climactic battle with catastrophically low ROI looms. It's a fiscal year no one will want to miss.

As the cosmos reels, the precarious balance of BuyMort is on the brink of collapse. The Sleem have fallen, leaving a power vacuum that echoes across the multiverse. The Church initiates a desperate crusade — not just for dominance but for survival. Facing them is Tyson Dawes, the Windowpuncher, Warlord of Nu-Earth and CEO of Silken Sands. Meeting the relics of the Church with relics of his own, tricking and battling the tremendous power of the Beholders, he brokers power that reshapes destinies. But as his influence grows, so does the scrutiny of the multiverse's darkest corners.

Tyson Dawes is back from the dead — broke, lost, and more pissed off than ever. Once the legendary Windowpuncher who tore down the Church of BuyMort, his name echoed across the multiverse. But that was a century ago. Betrayed and left to rot in the void, he wakes to find his empire gone, his legacy twisted, and everyone he cared about lost to time. Armed with little more than grit, charisma, and his starfish suit, he sets out to reclaim what was Silken Sands — and accomplish the final goal set for him so long ago: the end of BuyMort.
