Magical Girl Mechanical Heart

Luna has always wanted to be an Earth Guardian. When an obviously evil woman offers her that dream, she refuses without hesitation. Unfortunately, evil women don't take no for an answer. Luna wakes up in a robotic body, unable to speak, bound to follow the whims of the monster she tried to reject. She must find a way to signal that she needs help — and hope that one of the Earth Guardians she's now being forced to fight notices before it's too late.

Of all the things Luna expected after being turned into an enslaved war robot, wacky college hijinks were not on the list. Being forced to fight children was. Getting disassembled by aliens was. Getting murdered by someone she has a crush on was definitely on the list. But becoming friends with all the people she thought she'd have to hurt? Helping them with their issues, making meals for them, being loved by them? All unexpected — and perhaps the most cruel outcome of all, because Luna knows the hammer will eventually fall.
