Dark Elf Chronicles

When the world comes to a sudden and horrifying end, med student Shari and coder Mace are among the few survivors. Hyper-aggressive undead creatures hunt anything living on the surface, where even the grass and trees can kill. Their only escape is a virtual world — but Shari is a light elf and Mace a drow, ancient enemies. Still they strive to come together in the game while scavenging for food and fighting to stay alive in the real world. With their food eventually running out, their best hope for survival may be finding a way to upload themselves to the game permanently.

Mace and Shari continue their search for survivors among the undead even as they struggle to stay alive themselves. While working to raise their sync levels with the game, the new couple pursue quests, explore dungeons, and work to stabilize the game world they hope to live in. With the undead world above closing in, will they have the time to figure out how to save themselves and other survivors?

Mace and Shari continue their mission to eliminate the Black Flame. Nearing the city of Graf, they and the crew of the Sea Sprite are ambushed on the river. After suffering losses and stopping for repairs, two drow thieves emerge from the woods with an offer. An epic battle awaits them in Graf, where they'll try to eliminate Garya, the drow priestess who has become master of the Black Flame. Meanwhile, Griff and Lisa level quickly to join them at Darkstone — but first they must risk a trip to the surface for a food run. Another survivor is found, one with skills that could speed up the upload process. Kingdom building, crafting, epic battles, and intrigue continue, but can all the humans survive the apocalypse long enough to reach safety?
