Barely logged in, they are quickly entangled in a quest to ensure the Duchess of Hammerton survives the next week — while a love cult is bound and determined to kidnap her, and others plot in the dark places hidden beneath Root City's surface.

Thrown into a conflict beyond the scope of anything Bye-bye ever imagined, he must stop a brewing war between Anvilton and Hammerton — or the two cities might destroy each other. With the odds stacked against them, will Bye-bye and his friends survive, or will the flames of war consume them?

Chaos has struck the real world, and Bye-bye has just one week to return to the World Tree or more players will suffer real-world consequences. Back in the game, the Endless Savanna awaits — a province with tribal politics, twisted beasts, and a deadly slave ring. Bye-bye races to find answers while fighting the dangers of a land often called the province with no end.
