Tower of Power

Morgan used to be a pretty normal guy — college by day, online gaming by night — until he got hit by a car and a man in a wetsuit appeared with an offer: a second chance at life in a world built like the games he loved, with the promise of great power for those who complete the Tower of Power. Dropped into a strange new world where everything wants to eat his face, Morgan stumbles onto two half-elf twins willing to help him get his bearings. Now he just needs to survive long enough to reach the Tower.

Morgan has found friends, founded a guild, and become a ruler of sorts — not bad for a guy who died and woke up on another world. But now several towns and villages look to him for guidance and protection, and a new Goblin King has united the mountain tribes. With a goblin horde on the march, Morgan and his friends must figure out how to protect everyone. Should be easy, right?

When an opportunity arrives in the form of a tournament whose winners earn the right to climb the Tower of Power, Morgan and his team are obviously interested. With teams from around the world competing in dungeon diving, monster hunting, and single combat, the stakes are high. Old enemies appear, new friends are pitted against each other — all for a chance to die in the Tower, because no one has ever come back from beyond the fourth floor.

Morgan and his friends have won their place in a great expedition to conquer the Tower of Power, led by two Great Guilds. No one who ventured beyond the third floor has ever returned — for most adventurers, attempting to climb the Tower is equal to suicide. Preparations begin, but Morgan and his friends still have a lot to learn before they're strong enough to survive even the first floor. In the end, the Tower reveals who an ascended truly is.

Morgan and his raid group have breached beyond the third floor — the floors from which no one has ever before returned. Years into his second chance at life on this world, Morgan has found something he never had on Earth: a real family. They have lost friends in their climb, but those who remain share the same drive to pass the Great Lord's test. Beyond the third floor, however, dangers await beyond anything they could imagine — and not all of them even belong there.

Morgan and his diminished team have emerged from the Tower of Power having faced the Great Lord's enemy, Oxylus, and prevailed — but the world outside is different from what they left behind. Given a choice between staying in the Tower or leaving the world to join his father Oxylus, Morgan chose to stay with his friends. Now a new threat comes for the Guilds, and Morgan is thrown straight into it — perhaps a chance to finally inspire the world to achieve what he knows they can.
