The Gods Game

Accidentally summoned from Earth to the world of Myelad, Kyran becomes embroiled in a thousand-year war between the gods. Through no fault of his own, he earns their ire and is trapped in Crota — an abandoned city haunted by the undead and infested with monsters. To escape the gods' trap, Kyran must use his wits and magic alone, becoming a Player that even the gods would learn to fear.

Myelad is Kyran's world now — and there he has power. But his plans for escape have gone awry. Defeated and captured, he must battle through the labyrinth, gathering allies, overcoming foes, growing into a player, and finding purpose.

Having finally escaped the labyrinth, Kyran and his party enter the world above. But new threats wait for them, and Kyran must embark on a journey of self-discovery — encountering new foes, forging new alliances, and advancing in the Gods' Game.

The Game grows complex as more factions reveal their interest in the free agent. Surprised at every turn by unexpected encounters, allies, and foes, Kyran struggles to hold to his carefully laid plans. Who can he trust? And how will he navigate the murky waters of the Game while staying true to himself?

The Game advances and the gods continue their relentless pursuit. Day by day, Kyran grows stronger in his own power and in the allies he gathers around him. But will he be ready to face the wrath of the gods when it descends — and will he choose the right side?
