Overnight tech support worker James Lyle discovers a stairwell in his office that leads not to stairs but to an infinite supernatural landscape of cubicles. Drawn back repeatedly with a few trusted friends, he explores this maze where real-world minutes become eight hours of monster encounters and deeply questionable interior design. The realm lets them level up in fax machine repair and earn enough loot to pay rent — but the adversaries are growing dangerous, and the dungeon's effects are starting to bleed into the real world.
