When Syl died, they were given a choice: reincarnate as a normal person, or embark on a daring experiment. Driven by a desire to honor their late Gramps, Syl chose the experiment — and woke up as a farmed slime, constantly at the mercy of humans and in danger of having their core destroyed by children.
