Rise of Kers

When Kers is reborn as a dungeon core, he finds himself stuck in the most improbable of places: a cloud. High in the sky and far away from the usual solid resources, Kers must face an obvious question — how is a dungeon to build itself without wood or stone? Luckily, he has the sarcastic fairy Selena to help him get his bearings. Together they delight in exploring his weird existence, creating novel mobs, and enticing adventurers to plumb his lofty heights. But when other dungeons take an interest in Kers, and the Adventurers Guild proves hostile to "irregular" dungeons, he must use every advantage his unique situation grants him to survive this second chance at life.

Despite his victory against the Guild, Kers soon learns that an even greater target has appeared on his cloudy back. There is also the small matter of Marwan, the Dark Lord who wants to take over the world, a Jade Citadel sortie on the verge of collapsing, a mysterious orca-like monster flying nearby, and a neighboring dungeon core he must now "get along" with. Oh, and he also has a new floor to generate and fill with fresh challenges and mobs — including, yes, creepy dolls that wear his friends' faces.

Kers' dungeon flew too high. Now he has the attention of a god. Therrill, the ruling deity of the planet whose very atmosphere Kers resides in, is on the warpath and hellbent on his destruction. Worse, his dungeon fairy Selena has been taken captive and accused of treason. The Overslime is missing, and civil unrest threatens to boil over in his companion city. The stakes couldn't be higher — Kers will have to spawn his craziest mobs, devise his most devious traps, and expand his influence toward the stars if he is to have any hope of striking back to save his family.
