Sam is an Incubus who sells solutions — wishes, whims, and resolutions — for slices of your life. Imprisoned by an old business partner, he has been unable to work for some time. When a portal opens bearing his name, he steps through and sets out to rebuild his operation from scratch in a new plane, moving straight from the known into the inadvisable.

Sam's old door-to-door model is gone, modernized into a legitimate business with a Private Military Company on the side. Rebuilding his strength and establishing a comfortable life, Sam works to take everything he can from his enemy Jenaphila — only to find himself running up against the biggest players across any of the planes, making powerful enemies as everything accelerates toward what may be the end of the prime plane itself.

Sam got exactly what he wanted — Jenaphila front and center with as much of her empire exposed as he could manage. Now she is coming after him directly and with vengeance. Everything is changing faster than he would like, heading toward what may be the end of the prime plane.
