Two friends who grew up together, Ace and Vincent, decide to use the tattoo to pursue what they always dreamed of.

Ace and Vincent have grown so strong through relentless training and lucky encounters that they stand above all others. Through Ace's desire to help others grow stronger, Northrock City was born — a haven famed for its numerous experts and widely regarded as the safest place on Earth. Two years have passed since the arrival of the tattoo. The world looks optimistic, the possibilities endless. But unbeknownst to the world, a powerful user has arrived from afar, threatening to destroy everything.

Ace and Vincent return to Earth after training under Grom, bringing with them new techniques and allies. Earth begins a transformation that changes everything. Having learned that they are not alone in the universe, Ace and Vincent face a grim truth: in its current state, humanity is weak — and may be enslaved, or worse. How will humanity survive after entering the stage of the universe? Who will lead them? Will they survive?
