Apocalypse Online

At first everyone thought it was a game. Brad and Sam were playing the hot new game Apocalypse Online when they realized it was a preview of reality — aliens have arrived and they are turning people into fertilizer. With the help of a benevolent alien AI and nanotechnology, they have a chance to survive, level up, and find other survivors. Jake is no gamer, but when he finds out aliens have arrived, he'll do anything to protect his little sister Sam.

After the world changed and aliens started hunting humans, only a small group of survivors remain. The alien invasion is just getting started. Brad, Jake, and Sam must use the AI and nanotech provided by Lucy to grow stronger before the real aliens arrive to claim parts of Earth. The seeders and monsters so far were only the first wave.

Brad, Jake, and Sam have survived the first stages of the alien takeover, but now they must get stronger, make allies, and defend their turf. Alien elves, dwarves, and orcs are fighting for control of Earth's resources, and if human survivors are going to thrive in this new world, they'll have to advance and level up as fast as they can.

Brad, Jake, and Sam continue to survive and thrive in the new world. Just as they start to establish themselves, a new threat arrives — one that even the alien collective fears — throwing the balance into chaos once more. But with their growing powers and alliances, humanity isn't out of the game yet.
